The Memorial Day Parade will step off at 11:00am from Lincoln Street . The color guard and veterans will stop to place memorial wreaths in Phinney Park, then continue down Main Street to Eastern Cemetery on Johnson Rd for a wreath laying ceremony and remembrance .
