Cardio Fit—this 45 minute class will give you a full body workout with cardiovascular segments as well as upper and lower body strengthening, core and balance.
Bring a mat, water, towel and high energy!
There will be variations for all fitness and skill levels.
There will be different formats to keep you motivated and challenged!
This will be offered virtually only to start
