Every day, for 30 days, we will post a 10-12 min video from Theresa to our Facebook page. It will be of some type of movement... It might be stretch, strength, balance, cardio, core, etc.
We challenge you to commit yourself to finding 10 minutes per day to try a variety of movements for your body!
(There are 31 days in January which means you get one day off )
