Senior Fitness
Still Kickn’ Dance Classes are for adults ages 55+ who want to move and groove in a class designed specifically for them. No high impact, No floor work, No expectations other than FUN of course!

Dancing has been known to improve memory, help with balance-flexibility-strength and is lots of FUN

When you hear music, your feet start tapping! Come move and groove in this one-hour FOLLOW-ALONG DANCE CLASS  led by local dance teacher Rhonda Cook.
We'll loosen up. do some easy stretching, and learn short dance combinations, (standing and chair options). Dancing has been known to improve memory, balance, and stamina!

 No experience necessary!
 Warning...this class may cause excessive smiling and laughter!
