This yoga class will allow participants to increase strength, flexibility and core development through a series of movements and poses that work the entire body. Class will include flowing movement from standing to mat work as well as muscle toning holds and balance poses. Please bring a mat, towel and water. Come join instructor Theresa Labrecque for a great workout!
Monday—5:30pm at Robie Gym and on Zoom
Saturday—8:30-9:30 am at Little Falls (outside or in the gym depending on weather)
There is a drop in rate of $5 per class. You can pay online, pay instructor, or you can buy a discounted pass 12 visits for $50.
All levels are welcome, but please bring a mat and water
