This yoga class will allow participants to increase strength, flexibility and core development through a series of movements and poses that work the entire body.  Class will include flowing movement from standing to mat work as well as muscle toning holds and balance poses. Please bring a mat, towel and water.  Come join instructor Theresa Labrecque for a great workout!

Monday—5:30pm at Little Falls Activity Ctr (outside or in the gym depending on weather) and on Zoom
Wednesday—7:00-7:30 am  Zoom only class (trying a 30 minute get up and go for those who have to work)
Saturday—8:30-9:30 am at Little Falls (outside or in the gym depending on weather) and on Zoom

Registration is required. You can complete registration without payment and bring your Fitness pass or pay cash to the instructor

Tuesdays and Fridays:  8:30-9:30 am at Gorham Rec Dept in Activity Room 1 and on Zoom—there is an 8 person limit in the room so please sign up on

There is a drop in rate of $5 per class. You can pay online, pay instructor, or you can buy a discounted pass 12 visits for $50.

All levels are welcome, but please bring a mat and water
