Seniors doing tai chi next to the sea.

The Tai Chi classes will focus on a set of "fun" exercises that involve light stretching, Qi Gong (Chi Kung) breathing exercises, and a basic introductory form. Students will leave at the end of each class feeling more relaxed with a calm peace of mind. 

Toby Plourde holds black belts in various styles of karate, kung fu and tai chi. In addition, he has taught martial arts classes in New Hampshire, Florida, Massachusetts and Maine.
