Gorham Recreation has brought back ultimate frisbee! For those of you who want to get out of the house after a long winter, and get some great exercise and socialize with friends, ultimate Frisbee is for you! Combining the non-stop movement and athletic endurance of soccer with the aerial passing skills of football, the game of ultimate Frisbee is played by two teams with a flying disc on a field with end zones, similar to football. Get a group of friends and come join us. The adult league coordinator will create new teams and match ups each week.
Adult: The adult league is for folks 18 years and up
Thursday evenings from 5:30 - dusk
League starts May 19th (PUSHED BACK TO THE 26TH)
Field is located at TBA
$40 includes a disc and a t-shirt
League will run for 8 weeks
If you want to "drop in" there is a $3 fee that you can pay at the field
