Gorham Parks and Recreations is partnering with Maineiax Lacrosse to put on a Lacrosse Skills Camp at Gorham Middle School for boys and girls in grades 3-8
The camp will run Monday thru Thursday, July 28-31. 9 am - noon.
Grades 3-5
* Fundamental development
* Position-specific instruction to all players
* Lots of mini games and reps for everyone involved
* Recommended Equipment: STICK ONLY (older and/or more experienced players should bring their full gear - helmet, mouthguard, shoulder pads, elbow pads, glove & stick, if they have it)
* Soft balls and some sticks provided on loan for first-time players, as needed
* Older, more-experienced players may be bumped into older age group
Grades 6-8
* Fundamental development
* Position-specific instruction to all players
* Mini games and full games. Multiple reps.
* Required Equipment: FULL GEAR - helmet, mouthguard, shoulder pads, elbow pads, glove & stick
* Younger, less-experienced players may be bumped into younger age group
