On the Ball Pilates Class
The class will focus on how to use an exercise ball to improve the strength and endurance of abdominal and back muscles.
General Information
- Certified Pilates and group fitness instructor Theresa Labrecque will be offering an Exercise Ball Class on Wednesdays, 3:45pm to 4:45pm, from Sept 10- Oct 8th
- (No class Sept 24)
- Class Fee is $20 or $6 drop in fee- Fitness card holders may use their punch pass for this class, but must fill out registration form with attendance dates
- Participants must bring their own ball. (A 55 cm exercise ball fits 4'8” to 5'3” .)
- A few Exercise balls are available through the Rec Dpartment .
- Minimum of 6 participants/ Maximum 10
